Oat Konjac Noodles Spaghetti Description

Konjac Oat Noodles are made from oat fiber and konjac (glucomannan) fiber, containing both soluble fiber konjac glucomannan and insoluble fiber oat fiber.
Sentaiyuan has been working hard to improve the texture of noodles while keeping them low in calories. We found that by adding oat fiber, the texture of konjac noodles is softer and the noodles are more likely to absorb more flavor.
Like all our noodles, oat konjac noodles are carefully prepared so that you can mix it with your favorite sauce, add it to soup or stir-fry it with your favorite vegetables, meat or fish.
Konjac oat noodles themselves have no smell. When you first open the package, you may notice a slight fishy smell, but this is easy to wash off. Just soak the noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then rinse them in water for 2-3 minutes, and the smell will be completely gone.
