“These are terrific gluten-free ramen noodles. Compared to plain brown rice noodles, these took about six minutes to cook vs. about 2-3 minutes for brown rice noodles. However, they stayed perfect once they were cooked. No turning to mush or falling apart. They didn't even get soggy. On this feature, I think these noodles are actually superior to wheat noodles, not just rice noodles. They really hold up beautifully. These taste like ordinary noodles to me. Unlike plain brown rice noodles, these look like regular ramen noodles when cooked. I appreciate having gluten-free option for my favorite foods, and these are a definite winner.”

“These ramen noodles are tasty and smooth textured. Although the box only has instructions for stove top preparation in a pot, you absolutely CAN cook these in the microwave! I just did it with my very first trial of these, and it worked out great. I started out by boiling the water in my bowl in the microwave. (Next time I think I'll skip that step.) Then I added the noodles and nuked it again for about 2:30, or until I noticed the water boiling up to the top of the bowl like it might spill out and make a mess. Next I separated the noodles with a fork--they were definitely still quite stiff--and I added in my cut up broccoli. I nuked it for another 1-2 minutes. Then added some shredded cheese on top, and put it in for another minute. It boiled up again. I took it out and did a taste test. The noodles were nice and soft. I added some nutritional yeast to the whole mix, and had a nice evening snack.”

“These noodles are great. They do taste different than your traditional pasta noodles, but are good and even less noticeable once you include the sauces or seasonings. The texture is spot on! Boiling them to al dente takes about 7 minutes, around the same time as spaghetti if not a little less, and then you're ready to go! There's so many benefits to the noodles including the heart healthy nutrient boost, the organic non GMO ingredients, and the fact that it is KETO friendly. This is the perfect alternative if you're a pasta fan looking to see how you can improve the nutritional quality of your meals. I would definitely recommend it!”
