“I've been using Konjac Noodles in my cooking for a while now, and I must say, it's a game-changer! It's a fantastic gluten-free and low-calorie. The texture it gives to dishes is unique, creating a smooth and silky consistency. Plus, it's virtually tasteless, so it doesn't overpower the flavors of your meals. I also love that it's a natural source of dietary fiber, making my meals a bit more wholesome. Overall, Konjac Noodles have become a staple in my kitchen, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy and versatile cooking ingredient.”

“The box was a lot smaller than I had expected, but product itself was quite nice. I used 8 packs out of 10 to make Japanese miso ramen for 3 people. I have to use at least 2 packs to satisfy my stomach. More expensive than regular noodles, but I am on low carb diet, and this is a great substitute for me since I love eating noodles. I have to watch my carbs and this is a great substitute. Just rinse and heat and add to my meals. It has a chewier consistency than rice and can water down sauces if not well drained.”

“than 100% konjac products, I like it much better; but I wished this company were a little more environmentally conscious, the product is inside a clear plastic bag and that plastic bag is inside the plastic bag you see in the picture, not sure two plastic bags are really necessary and it's creating that much more plastic waste.Need to wash before use under warm water with a strainer. If not the initial liquid can be off putting. Overall a good filler. ”
